You should be a master of **Golang** (or similar) with a proven track record of deploying LLM-based applications to production at massive scale. This isn’t just a coding job; it’s a leadership position for someone who can architect "primitives" and orchestration platforms that will redefine how an entire company handles customer support and compliance. The compensation package is top-tier for remote work, offering a base salary up to **$298,700**, plus equity and bonuses. While the role is **fully remote within the USA**, it’s important to note the culture is high-intensity and "mission-focused"—it’s for those who thrive under pressure and enjoy regular in-person offsites.
