This role is designed for a seasoned operations specialist with over 8 years of experience, specifically focused on scaling customer support infrastructure. The ideal candidate has mastered Zendesk administration at an enterprise level—managing thousands of agents across multiple global sites—and possesses the technical chops (SQL, Python, APIs) to bridge the gap between business needs and engineering execution.
The compensation is highly competitive ($150k–$210k), and the benefits package is standout, featuring a 4% 401k match, extensive family planning coverage, and a "dogfooding" budget to buy/sell on the platform. While the team is "remote co-located," you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in LA, SF, Phoenix, or NYC for periodic in-person collaboration.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
