The ideal candidate isn't just a "cloud user" but someone who understands the "bare metal" and lower-level systems stacks (kernel, filesystems, and memory). You should have deep experience scaling massive Nginx setups and MySQL/MariaDB deployments that handle billions of monthly page views across private data centers. The compensation is highly competitive ($120k–$180k+) and location-agnostic, meaning you receive a global-tier salary regardless of where you live.
