This is a perfect role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced “start-up” culture, who loves to recruit and wants to make a meaningful impact on a business. You’ll have the opportunity to bring new ideas forward and build technology-forward recruiting processes that modernize how talent is assessed and selected in a growing SaaS organization.

While ECP is a fully remote company, we are looking for someone located within driving distance to Milwaukee, who is able to meet with the team on-site once per quarter (on average).

• Create compelling job postings and outreach messaging that reflect our brand and values
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-caliber professionals to ensure a steady flow of top talent for current and future hiring needs
• Lead offer process, including compensation alignment and closing strategy
• Deliver a high-quality, responsive, and professional candidate experience

• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing strategies, and interview best practices
• Experience working with and optimizing an ATS
• Experience using AI tools and technology to improve efficiency and scalability
• Familiarity with structured interview frameworks and scorecards
