Job Summary

Porch is seeking a Technical Program Manager with strong technical and insurance expertise, combined with strategic leadership abilities, to oversee key Insurance initiatives from planning through deployment. The successful candidate will ensure timely and within-budget delivery of programs that involve software products, engineering teams, and business stakeholders. This critical role requires adept management of ambiguity, development of actionable plans, stakeholder alignment, evaluation of technical solutions, and effective communication with senior leadership. 

The ideal candidate will bring deep home insurance domain knowledge, exceptional communication and leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional technical programs from planning through execution.
