NVIDIA is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our hardware team! As a Senior Silicon Development Technical Program Manager (TPM), you will lead complex, cross-functional programs that develop Nvidia's next-generation LPU (Language Processing Unit) silicon from concept to production. You will work closely with teams in architecture, logic development, verification, physical development, packaging, and foundry. You will manage execution across multiple fields, balancing performance, power, and area (PPA) goals while ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
This role demands both strategic oversight and technical depth, requiring you to plan, coordinate, and communicate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will play a key part in aligning partners, resolving challenges, and maintaining momentum across Nvidia’s silicon programs. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
