This role is designed for a seasoned Cloud or Support Engineer who thrives on high-level troubleshooting and enjoys a non-traditional work schedule. You should have at least 5 years of experience managing complex production environments, with a deep understanding of Linux, networking, and the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Crucially, this is a **weekend-focused** position based in Palo Alto that requires **US Citizenship**.
