You are a "leader of leaders" who has overseen large-scale global organizations and navigated complex enterprise GTM strategies. The ideal candidate has a deep mastery of the MEDDIC framework and a track record of driving technical wins for massive modernization and AI-driven workloads. The compensation package is competitive, with a base salary reaching up to $410,000 plus equity and comprehensive benefits like 20 weeks of parental leave. Based in NYC, this hybrid role offers the chance to steer the technical vision for a category-defining database platform. You will have a direct seat at the table with Product and Sales leadership to influence the long-term roadmap and global revenue strategy. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 10+ years in technical pre-sales and 3+ years leading a division-level organization. * Are an expert in scaling GTM methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC) across global teams. * Can bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and deep technical architecture (AI, Cloud, NoSQL). * Are comfortable acting as an executive sponsor for Fortune 100 CIOs and key partners.

Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Vice President, Solutions Architecture to lead one of the company’s most critical growth engines: our global pre-sales organization. This executive will own the vision and strategy for how we show up technically with customers and will be directly accountable for driving durable, up‑market revenue growth. By partnering tightly with Sales and Product, this executive will lead a world‑class team that influences our technical GTM, wins complex modernization and AI workloads, and proves MongoDB as the database of choice for the most demanding enterprise applications.

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings.
