This role is designed for a seasoned Workday expert with over a decade of systems integration experience and a deep technical mastery of the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a hands-on "builder" who can architect complex data flows using Studio and RaaS while also understanding the functional side of HR modules like Payroll, Benefits, and HCM to troubleshoot upstream issues independently. As part of the BizTech team in Bangalore, you will own a massive portfolio of over 300 integrations that power global operations. This is a high-impact position where you aren't just maintaining systems; you are driving "touchless" automation and shaping the long-term technical roadmap.
