The ideal candidate has over a decade of experience managing complex, large-scale system implementations and at least two years of direct people management. You should be an operational expert who understands how to balance resource utilization with high-quality customer delivery. In this role, you will lead the charge in ensuring customer success—both during implementation and beyond—for our commercial solutions serving Medtech clients.
