Summary:

The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational management of the manufacturing site to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations.

The role oversees manufacturing support activities, facilities, site services, health & safety, and operational processes to ensure the site meets quality, regulatory, financial and operational performance targets.

Working closely with manufacturing, supply chain and functional leaders, the Site Operations Manager ensures operational readiness of the site environment while promoting a culture of safety, continuous improvement and employee engagement.
