This role is designed for a seasoned Mid-level SRE who thrives in high-pressure, "mission-driven" environments. You’ll need a robust background in both traditional network infrastructure and modern cloud automation, specifically with at least five years of experience in each. The ideal candidate is a DevSecOps advocate who is equally comfortable writing infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) as they are troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters or managing AWS deployment pipelines in a highly regulated setting. The compensation is highly competitive, starting at $152k+ with additional eligibility for equity and bonuses. While the role is remote-friendly within the USA, it is not "remote-only"—you should be prepared for required travel for team offsites and collaborative sessions throughout the year. This is a high-growth, intense culture where you will be expected to participate in an on-call rotation and handle strict SLAs for a global financial platform. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 5+ years of experience automating AWS infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible. * Are proficient in Python, Go, or Ruby and can build custom tooling/integrations. * Relish the challenge of "blameless retrospectives" and solving complex uptime issues. * Prefer an intense, high-caliber work culture over a standard 9-to-5 pace.
