The ideal candidate has over 8 years of management experience, specifically within SRE or DevOps teams at B2B or B2C SaaS companies. You should be a "pragmatic architect" who can still dive deep into technical proposals and mentor engineers while steering the long-term scalability of a high-traffic platform (handling billions of messages).
The position offers a transparent salary range of **$175,000 - $195,000 USD** and is **fully remote** within the Americas.
