This role is ideal for a high-energy, mid-level sales professional who thrives in a "full-cycle" environment. Since there are no SDRs, you must be a self-sufficient hunter comfortable with proactive outbound prospecting and managing the entire deal from first touch to close. Experience in the healthcare niche—specifically dermatology or aesthetics—will give you a significant leg up.
The compensation is strong for an SMB role, with a base/OTE range of $120k–$130k and full benefits including a 401(k) match. While the position is fully remote, it offers a "best of both worlds" experience: you’ll enjoy flexible PTO and work from home, but also get face-to-face time through quarterly travel and high-end company retreats to places like Miami and Park City.
