This role is designed for a seasoned technologist with at least 10 years of experience who has transitioned into architectural leadership. The ideal candidate is an expert in cloud-native ecosystems, specifically someone who has spent the last 3+ years designing distributed systems and microservices that handle massive scale via event-driven architectures. You will be joining a major player in the cloud contact center space, operating out of their Bengaluru hub. This is a high-impact position where you aren't just writing code, but defining the technical blueprints for global backend systems. You’ll work across the full stack of modern infrastructure—from Kubernetes and Terraform to high-throughput data platforms like Kafka and Snowflake—ensuring the platform remains resilient and secure. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have extensive experience with **distributed databases** (Citus, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) and message brokers like **Kafka**. * Are proficient in **Kubernetes** and containerization within AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. * Advocate for **Domain-Driven Design (DDD)** and API-first principles. * Enjoy mentoring engineering teams and performing deep-dive architectural reviews to solve complex performance bottlenecks.
