You should be a true full-stack generalist, comfortable building user-facing features in React/TypeScript while simultaneously developing robust backend services in Go. Ideally, you have experience with internal tooling or compliance systems and understand how to integrate third-party vendors into a scaling architecture. The position offers a strong compensation package ($147,900 - $174,000 base) plus equity and bonuses. While the role is remote-first within the USA, it emphasizes high-caliber collaboration with mandatory in-person offsites several times a year.
