This role is ideal for a mid-level infrastructure engineer with at least 2 years of experience who sits at the intersection of software development and high-performance networking. You should be proficient in **Go or Rust** and have a solid grasp of Software Defined Networking (SDN), BGP, and Linux internals. The role is **fully remote** within the US and offers a strong focus on longevity, featuring a one-month paid sabbatical every five years and annual equipment allowances. It’s a stable yet high-growth environment, recently valued at $3.5 billion. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have hands-on experience with network protocols like **BGP, VXLAN, or EVPN**. * Are comfortable coding in **Go** to automate network orchestration and control planes. * Understand Kubernetes networking and how to manage multi-tenant cloud environments. * Enjoy "low-level" work involving SmartNICs, DPUs, or high-performance routing hardware.
