This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level Full-Stack Engineer who specializes in healthcare interoperability. You should have at least 3 years of experience and a deep technical understanding of Epic Systems, including Bridges, FHIR interfaces, and Chronicles. Because this is a "greenfield" opportunity at a startup, it’s perfect for someone who enjoys building from scratch using a modern stack (Node.js/TypeScript) rather than maintaining legacy code. The position is fully remote within the U.S. and offers a high degree of technical ownership. You will act as the Subject Matter Expert for Epic integrations, leading high-level conversations with external health system stakeholders and implementation partners.
