Location: Hybrid - San Francisco, New York City
Salary: $194,000 – $296,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level engineer (5+ years) who enjoys the intersection of product development and data science. You should be highly proficient in **TypeScript and Go** and have a strong interest in understanding user behavior. This isn't just about building features; it's about moving metrics like user retention and conversion rates within the Activation team. The compensation is highly competitive ($194k–$296k), particularly for a mid-level role, and includes equity. While there is a hybrid requirement for those near SF or NYC (Mon/Tue/Fri in-office), the role offers a "fully remote" option for those living outside commuting distance. You’ll be working at the heart of the modern web ecosystem, influencing tools used by millions of developers. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Enjoy performing A/B testing and experimentation to drive product growth. * Prefer working with data-driven goals rather than just following a predefined roadmap. * Have a deep understanding of frontend frameworks and the modern web stack. * Are comfortable investigating user churn and identifying technical solutions to friction points.
