### About the Role

The Community Growth organization is driving measurable audience growth, engagement, and revenue for our streamers while delivering exceptional experiences that delight our viewers. Our mission is to design smarter tools, seamless pathways between discovery and support, and meaningful opportunities that connect people to what they love most about Twitch. These features let people participate in their favorite communities and discover new ones more efficiently. We work hard to bring novel opportunities to the world of streaming both individually and in collaboration with similar streamers. Some examples of spaces we own include Chat, Stream Together, and Discovery. This team will also be focusing on making sure Web and Mobile Twitch “Just Works” and also evolving the mobile app experience in new and exciting ways Our consumer facing features span both web and mobile surfaces.

This position is primarily focused on web & mobile frontend development (React heavy for both Web & Mobile) but is expected to be fullstack, with some responsibilities around supporting and maintaining backend systems. We’re particularly interested in someone that will become an expert in both of these platforms as well as has passion in influencing what these features should be and how they work.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
