Summary

This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior backend engineer (5+ years) who specializes in the "Growth Engineering" space. You should be comfortable sitting at the intersection of data engineering and digital advertising, with deep technical knowledge of how marketing platforms like Google, Meta, and TikTok actually ingest and attribute data. The compensation is highly competitive ($170kโ€“$230k) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match and a unique "dogfooding" budget to shop on the platform. While the role is remote-friendly, you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in Seattle, LA, NYC, or San Francisco for occasional in-person collaboration. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have built and maintained complex data pipelines for marketing attribution and campaign automation. * Understand the technical nuances of MMPs (AppsFlyer), SKAdNetwork, and event schemas. * Are proficient in backend languages like Python, Java, or Go and have strong SQL/ETL skills. * Enjoy working cross-functionally with Growth and Marketing teams to turn high-level strategies into automated systems.
