This role is designed for a seasoned engineering leader with a strong technical background in fintech or payments. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of total engineering experience, including 4+ years of management, and specifically understands the complexities of ledgering, reconciliation, and movement of funds. You should be comfortable in a "player-coach" capacity, as you’ll be expected to review code and jump into technical details when necessary. The position offers a strong compensation package ranging from $163,000 to $247,000 depending on location, along with a hybrid work model (2-3 days in-office). You’ll lead the Financial Data & Payment Profile (FDPP) team, which acts as the "source of truth" for payment data, providing high visibility across the organization.
