This role is ideal for a mid-level technical consultant or implementation engineer with 5–7 years of experience who enjoys being the bridge between complex code and client-facing strategy. You should have a strong background in Java-based environments and directory services (LDAP/AD), specifically within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) space. A major highlight is the structured ramp-up period: the first two months are dedicated to product training before you transition into a technical lead role. The salary range is broad ($78k–$131k), allowing for compensation that aligns with your specific depth of expertise. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a developer’s toolkit (Java, SQL, JavaScript) but prefer a consultative, client-facing role. * Can translate complex business use cases into technical requirement documents and solution designs. * Thrive in "build the plane as we fly it" environments and enjoy mentoring partners and junior team members. * Have prior experience with IAM systems or security audits.
