Work type: remote
Location: Massachusetts - Boston
Salary: $80,000 – $160,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is ideal for a mid-level professional with at least 3 years of experience in the Life Sciences ecosystem—specifically those who have worked at a SaaS provider, a pharmaceutical company, or a content agency. You should have a talent for "bridging the gap" between technical software capabilities and business problems, acting as a technical advisor during the sales process. The standout feature of this position is the **Work Anywhere** policy, offering full remote flexibility within a Public Benefit Corporation (PBC) framework. The compensation range is exceptionally broad ($80k–$200k), reflecting the high value placed on domain expertise. You’ll also benefit from a "1% charitable giving" program and a culture focused on speed and customer success. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a deep understanding of how promotional and medical content is reviewed and approved in the pharma/biotech industry. * Are energized by performing live software demos, workshops, and high-stakes presentations for executive stakeholders. * Want a remote role that still offers a bit of face time through 10-20% domestic travel. * Possess prior experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats or similar content management systems.
