You should be equally comfortable architecting API integrations as you are presenting to C-suite executives. The team is looking for a "builder" profile—someone who can use low-code tools like Retool or Zapier to create rapid prototypes and who has a strong interest in the practical application of AI Agents and RAG systems. This is a high-leverage "founding" position, meaning you will build the Sales Engineering playbook from scratch with significant ownership and equity.
