Sourcer at Outset

This role is ideal for an experienced sourcer with 3–6 years of experience, including at least one year in a fast-paced startup environment. You should be equally comfortable hunting for high-level technical talent (Github/LinkedIn) as you are for non-technical roles. Since the team is small (30 people) and growing rapidly, they need someone who is proactive, data-driven, and capable of building pipelines from scratch. This is a high-impact position at a "breakout" AI company that recently closed a $30M Series B. The compensation is highly competitive ($145k—$165k), and you’ll work directly with founders in a hybrid San Francisco office.
