Summary

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with at least 2 years of experience managing multi-state licensing for behavioral health clinicians (LCSWs, MFTs) and MDs. You should have a deep understanding of Joint Commission (TJC) and HIPAA standards, along with the ability to navigate the nuances of various state licensing boards. As a fully remote position, this offer includes a base salary range of $50,000 – $62,000 and the opportunity to support a fast-growing virtual care platform. You will provide "white-glove" support to providers, handling delegable tasks to accelerate their ability to practice across state lines. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a proven track record of managing end-to-end licensing and renewals across multiple states. * Are comfortable acting as a primary liaison with state regulatory boards and managing audits. * Can evaluate complex educational and supervision histories against specific state requirements. * Excel at project management in a fast-paced environment where meeting monthly licensing goals is critical.

### About the Role

Our Clinical Licensing Specialist’s primary responsibility is to cross-license current and newly onboarded clinicians and MD’s (and other staff as needed) in multiple states. The Clinical Licensing Specialist will report to the Senior Manager of Clinician Licensing on all matters relating to licensing. In this role you will keep records of all licensing activities and will meet monthly, quarterly, and annual licensing goals.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of behavioral health clinician and MD licensing experience. The Clinical Licensing Specialist will work collaboratively with other members of the Clinician Licensing Team and other teams across the organization.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between$50,000 and $62,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
