This role is designed for experienced customer support professionals who enjoy a blend of frontline service and operational testing. You are the ideal candidate if you have at least 3 years of experience in high-touch, multicultural customer environments and are fluent in English plus one additional language (German, Italian, Portuguese, or Russian). This isn't just a "support" role; you will be part of the "CS Labs" team, meaning you’ll actively test new products, annotate data for machine learning, and provide feedback to help scale global service initiatives.
The position offers a unique "hybrid-start" model based in Gurugram. You will begin with on-site training and "nesting" at the office, with the opportunity to transition to a home-office setup in the Delhi/NCR area upon meeting performance standards. It’s a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility for weekend and shift work, but it offers significant exposure to cross-functional stakeholders in product and operations.
**You might be a good fit if you...**
* Are fluent in both English and either **German, Italian, Portuguese, or Russian**.
* Have 3+ years of experience managing complex customer cases across phone, chat, and social media.
* Are comfortable with technical tasks like data annotation for AI and testing new software workflows.
* Live in (or can commute to) **Gurugram** and have a private, high-speed home office setup for future remote work.
