The Senior Construction Account Specialist provides Risk Engineering services for all assigned construction accounts assuring that best in class services are targeted to this customer group. This will be a remote position supporting our West U.S. clients.
At the tactical level, the Senior Construction Account Specialist will provide and implement service planning and direct initiatives to assure the delivery of exceptional construction specific Risk Engineering services. This will include timely completion of daily work assignments on any and all construction Survey and Service accounts including preparation of reports for underwriters that clearly outline exposures, controls, deficiencies and required corrective action. The SCAS must be able to meet the service needs of these more complex accounts and provide service/coordination of multi-location Service accounts. The development of construction focused service plans and providing consultative services to construction clients is paramount.
Job requires travel for client site surveys and/or agency meeting/presentations. Travel could involve car and air travel (estimate 20%-40%).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The listed annualized base pay range is primarily based on analysis of similar positions in the external market. Actual base pay could vary and may be above or below the listed range based on factors including but not limited to performance, proficiency and demonstration of competencies required for the role. The base pay is just one component of The Hartford’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include short-term or annual bonuses, long-term incentives, and on-the-spot recognition. The annualized base pay range for this role is:
