You should have a strong background in developing customer advocacy programs specifically for developers or technical founders. Since this is Vercel’s first startup-focused customer marketing function, they are looking for a builder who can turn complex technical wins into compelling case studies and high-impact content from scratch. The position offers a competitive salary range of $150k – $205k, plus equity and a work-from-home budget. It is a hybrid role based in San Francisco or New York City, placing you at the heart of the tech scene. You’ll have the unique opportunity to shape the narrative for products like Next.js and v0, working directly with high-growth companies like Ramp and PayPal to influence how the next generation of the web is built. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Can explain complex technical workflows (like CI/CD or frontend infrastructure) in a way that resonates with both CTOs and engineers. * Enjoy "building the playbook" rather than just following one. * Have experience producing multi-format content, from technical blog posts to video testimonials. * Are comfortable networking with startup founders and engineering leaders to extract meaningful insights.
