This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned M&A professional with at least 12 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity. The ideal candidate has a deep technical understanding of technology ecosystems—specifically marketplaces or HR tech—and a proven track record of managing the entire deal lifecycle from sourcing to post-merger integration.
