This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with significant experience managing high-growth enterprise teams. You are an ideal candidate if you have at least 15 years in sales—including 4+ years as a "second-line" manager overseeing other managers. You should be equally comfortable navigating the complexities of traditional enterprise procurement and the nuances of Product-Led Sales (PLS) within the CMS or SaaS space.
The compensation is the primary standout, with an OTE ranging from **$440,000 to $550,000**, plus equity and a 401(k) match. The role offers maximum flexibility as a remote-first position (U.S. or parts of Canada) and provides a unique opportunity to lead the company's largest and most critical revenue segment during an AI-driven pivot.
