This role is designed for a versatile growth strategist with 6+ years of experience, specifically within the B2B tech space. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty—you’ll be building and executing paid campaigns yourself while simultaneously leading high-level SEO and conversion rate optimization strategies. Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and self-serve funnels is a significant advantage. The position offers a strong compensation package ($158k–$186k in SF) and excellent benefits, including 100% medical coverage and a monthly wellness stipend. About the team/role

We're hiring a Senior Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own the end-to-end self-serve funnel for Truework: from the moment a visitor lands on our site to the moment they become an activated, retained customer.

You'll sit at the intersection of Marketing and Product, partnering closely with our PMM, Product, Design, and Web Engineering teams to map, build, and continuously improve the experience that drives our self-serve revenue. This is a high-autonomy, high-visibility role with real ownership. $158,000—$186,000 USD

$133,000—$157,000 USD
