This role is designed for a versatile growth strategist with 6+ years of experience, specifically within the B2B tech space. The ideal candidate is a "full-stack" marketer who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty—you’ll be building and executing paid campaigns yourself while simultaneously leading high-level SEO and conversion rate optimization strategies. Experience with Product-Led Growth (PLG) and self-serve funnels is a significant advantage.
The position offers a strong compensation package ($158k–$186k in SF) and excellent benefits, including 100% medical coverage and a monthly wellness stipend. While the role is hybrid (3 days in-office in Denver or San Francisco), you’ll enjoy high autonomy and the chance to shape the growth playbook for the Truework business unit within an established, mission-driven tech leader.
