WHAT YOU’LL DO AT H1

H1 is hiring a Sr. Manager, Business Operations to work directly alongside our CEO and COO in a highly visible, project leadership capacity. This is a high-trust role for someone who is sharp, polished, and wants to be in the room where things happen. You will be a force multiplier for executive leadership — picking up strategic projects, managing key external relationships, building board-level materials, and doing the work that keeps our executive team moving at speed. The role formally reports to our COO and will work extensively with our CEO.

ABOUT YOU

You are someone with a strong management consulting skillset , and have experience in a high-performance environment — you know what a good presentation looks like, you are fast and fluent in Excel, manage stakeholders and projects effectively, and you can hold your own in a room with senior executives and external partners. You have the ambition and work ethic to earn the trust of a CEO and COO and the judgment to act on it.


REQUIREMENTS- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a high-growth startup in a business operations or chief of staff capacity

COMPENSATIONThis role pays $160,000 to $185,000 per year, based on experience, in addition to stock options.

Anticipated role close date: 06/20/2026
