This role is designed for a seasoned sales leader with a strong background in SaaS and horizontal platforms. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of sales experience, including 4+ years managing teams in high-growth environments. You should be comfortable leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($500K+) and possess a deep technical curiosity regarding AI orchestration, APIs, and automation. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging from $287,000 to $447,000 per year. As a fully remote position (NAMER), it offers significant geographic flexibility within the US and Canada. You’ll be at the forefront of the AI shift, scaling an enterprise business from the ground up for a profitable, mission-driven company that values transparency and responsible AI usage. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have successfully led Enterprise Account Executives to hit aggressive revenue targets. * Possess "builder" experience—creating playbooks and refining sales processes rather than just following them. * Are operationally rigorous with CRM data (HubSpot) and pipeline forecasting. * Can translate complex technical needs into strategic business value for executive-level stakeholders.

Zapier is hiring a Sr. Sales Manager to join our Sales and Customer Success org. In this role, you’ll lead the Enterprise Sales team responsible for selling Zapier’s AI Orchestration platform offerings to customers across the globe. The Enterprise Sales team targets customers who have between 1-5k employees and is responsible for net new logos and expansion. A successful Sr. Sales Manager has demonstrated success as both a seller and leader, and takes ownership for the outcomes of the sales program.

This isn’t a managed territory with a built playbook. You’ll shape how we sell at the enterprise level: building the motion, coaching the team, and owning outcomes. If that’s the environment where you do your best work, read on.
