You should have at least 8 years of experience in SaaS, specifically managing sales operating rhythms like forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and annual planning for large-scale revenue units. The ideal candidate is someone who can lead a team of high-performing Business Partners while simultaneously acting as a strategic advisor to North American sales executives. The position offers excellent geographic flexibility as a fully remote role, though it carries specific state exclusions for hiring. The compensation is highly competitive, ranging up to $228k base (depending on location), supplemented by equity and a corporate bonus plan.
