This role is designed for an experienced sales leader with a proven track record in the SaaS or cybersecurity space. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience managing frontline SDR/BDR teams and ideally some "closing" experience. You should be a "manager of managers" who excels at building high-performance cultures, driving outbound prospecting strategies, and navigating the complexities of the Public Sector and Healthcare markets.
Located in Austin, this is a hybrid position requiring three days a week in-office, making it a great fit for leaders who thrive on face-to-face coaching and collaborative energy.
