**Who this is for** This on-site role is for a Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager seeking to lead manufacturing process excellence and technical execution at a West Union, SC facility. You will partner with site Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable production. **Key highlights** You will provide on-site leadership for all Manufacturing Engineering activities, ensuring safe, reliable, and scalable production. Responsibilities include leading and developing a team, owning manufacturing process performance, and driving standardization and optimization of manufacturing processes, work instructions, and test equipment. **You might be a good fit if you...** - Have 10+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment, with at least 7 years leading teams. - Possess demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams on the factory floor, accountable for safety, quality, delivery, and cost. - Have strong experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and structured problem-solving. - Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

The Sr. Manufacturing Engineering Manager is a site-based leader responsible for manufacturing process excellence, technical execution, and people development at our West Union, SC manufacturing facility. This role partners closely with site Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric, high-quality, and scalable production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is an authentic, hands-on leader who is accountable for results, agile in problem solving, and innovative in driving continuous improvement on the factory floor.
