This role is designed for a seasoned "architect" of customer relationships who has spent 8–10 years managing multi-million dollar portfolios. You should have a background in B2B software (ideally HR Tech) and be comfortable navigating the complexities of household-name strategic accounts. The team is looking for a "consultant-style" CSM who can move beyond support to act as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, articulating ROI and long-term business value. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $241k (SF) or $204k (Denver) in base/OTE, plus equity.
