The ideal candidate has deep functional expertise in managing succession planning, talent reviews, and high-volume recruiting modules within a large-scale enterprise environment. **Key highlights** This is a fully remote position for residents of Ontario, British Columbia, or Alberta, offering a competitive salary range ($120k–$150k CAD) plus a 15% target bonus and equity grants. You will act as the primary bridge between talent strategy and technical execution, owning the blueprint for how AI and advanced systems drive human capital decisions. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have advanced architectural or configuration experience with **Workday** (Talent/Recruiting) or **Eightfold AI**. * Understand the complexities of global data privacy (GDPR) as it relates to employee and candidate data. * Excel at translating high-level talent program goals into precise technical specifications and UAT plans. * Thrive in a remote-first, "systems thinking" environment where you manage cross-functional stakeholders.

## About the job

We are actively recruiting for this role to fill an existing vacancy. This position is needed to own the technical blueprint and functional alignment of Twilio’s Talent Acquisition and Performance Management ecosystems. This role is the bridge between program strategy and technical execution. You will partner closely with System and Program Owners to ensure that configurations and AI-driven insights directly meet our talent program objectives.
