You should be a "player-coach" type who is equally comfortable architecting complex data models for global services operations as you are writing advanced Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). This is a senior-level position requiring a deep understanding of SaaS business metrics like utilization, revenue recognition, and project financials. Working out of Bengaluru or Chennai, you will serve as the primary technical owner for the Professional Services and Customer Success tech stack.
