This role is designed for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer with a deep specialization in API management and cloud architecture. With at least 7 years of experience, the ideal candidate is an expert in **APIGEE** and **Java/Spring Boot**, capable of building secure, high-traffic microservices within a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment. You will be a key player in evolving a modern SaaS platform, specifically focusing on API Gateway architecture and Developer Portal enhancements. While the role is based on-site in Bengaluru, it offers the chance to work on AI-powered cloud contact center solutions at a global scale.
