Job Summary

Rynoh — a business unit of Porch — is a rapidly growing cloud‑based FinTech software company dedicated to innovation, security, and excellence in the financial risk management ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in delivering mission‑critical software that powers our financial integrity and transactional systems across the business. Reporting to the Head of Engineering, this leader blends hands‑on technical execution with people leadership, ensuring predictable, high‑quality delivery across multiple engineering initiatives. You will shape engineering culture, drive architectural evolution, and directly influence the transformation of legacy systems to modern, scalable platforms.

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team MemberPay Range: $168,800– $236,300 annually
Actual pay reflects factors such as experience, skillset, job‑related knowledge, competitiveness with market, internal equity, and geographic location.
 
Additionally, you will be eligible to receive long‑term incentive awards, subject to program guidelines and approvals.
