About the Role

A Technical Consultant is a member of Workday’s Global Professional Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our cloud-based software within the public sector. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!

Our Technical Consulting team is responsible for the Integration, Reporting, Prism, and Data Conversion workstreams on Workday implementation projects. We specialize in building intelligent, AI-powered integrations that go beyond standard data transfers. Utilizing modern AI-powered development tools and Workday’s latest intelligent automation capabilities, we drive efficiency across the full development life cycle, providing our customers with scalable and extensible solutions across the entire Workday ecosystem. As a diverse group driven by a passion for the success of our customers, we provide leadership and technical expertise to efficiently guide customers through their deployments. The Technical Consultant works closely with the client’s project team to design, develop, and deploy a customer’s technical solutions. They have deep knowledge of core design principles, common deliverable patterns, and project implementation methodology, as well as a successful track record of delivering.
