- ## Sr. Enterprise Business Transformation Delivery Lead
- We are seeking a Sr. Enterprise Business Transformation Delivery Lead to drive disciplined execution of large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives spanning Marketing, Sales, New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing, Customer Support, Revenue Operations, and Finance (including Revenue Accounting and Revenue Recognition).
- This high-impact role ensures that complex business and technology initiatives are delivered with engineering rigor, disciplined SDLC practices, and seamless cross-functional alignment.
- Unlike a traditional Program Manager or TPM, the Delivery Lead does not manage schedules or track project plans. Instead, this role ensures that multi-domain delivery teams operate with technical rigor, requirements traceability, and integration discipline, producing high-quality solutions that function seamlessly across the enterprise ecosystem.
- The Delivery Lead serves as the execution integrity leader, validating that work delivered across teams meets defined standards, dependencies are aligned, and solutions integrate effectively across platforms supporting Lead-to-Quote and Order-to-Revenue value streams. This role requires a strong blend of technical depth, enterprise systems expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure transformation outcomes are delivered predictably, on time, and at high quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across Marketing, Sales, NPI, Manufacturing, Customer Support, Revenue, and Finance, driving measurable business outcomes.
- Ensure complex, multi-team programs operate in a synchronized and cohesive manner, aligning delivery across all functions and stakeholders.
- Translate business objectives into end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring initiatives achieve intended outcomes.
- Enforce disciplined SDLC practices, including requirements validation, solution design, testing rigor, and release readiness.
- Serve as the guardian of delivery quality, validating that solutions meet business objectives, integrate seamlessly, and uphold engineering standards.
- Foster strong collaboration across internal teams and external vendors, building alignment around transformational goals.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations teams to maximize business value and ensure successful adoption of initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for enterprise transformation, driving stakeholder alignment and strategic decision-making.
- Oversee integration across enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Fusion Cloud, ERP, manufacturing, and operational systems.
- Establish and enforce delivery quality gates, governance standards, and risk mitigation frameworks across complex transformation programs.
- Monitor cross-team dependencies, ensuring timely resolution of integration, process, or technical gaps.
- Validate that end-to-end business processes, system integrations, and delivered solutions fully support desired business outcomes across Lead-to-Quote and Order-to-Revenue value streams.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience delivering complex enterprise technology and business transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of SDLC, solution validation, and enterprise systems integration.
- Proven ability to translate business objectives into executable, end-to-end solutions.
- Experience leading multi-team, cross-functional programs in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and align business, technical, and operational teams.
- Experience across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Support, and Finance domains.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Lead-to-Quote or Order-to-Revenue transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Fusion Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery models, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Understanding of revenue operations, billing systems, and revenue recognition processes.
