This role is designed for a seasoned Support professional with at least 7 years of experience, specifically within the SaaS sector. It is a "Staff" level position, meaning you aren’t just answering tickets; you are an expert troubleshooter and a strategic contributor. The ideal candidate has a technical edge, a background in the short-term rental industry (like Airbnb hosting), and the ability to mentor others while leading high-impact projects like documentation overhauls or AI training. The compensation package is remarkably high for a support role, potentially exceeding $120k base depending on location, plus equity and a significant performance-based bonus structure. While it is fully remote and distributed, you must work a North American shift that includes one weekend day (either Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday).
