This role is ideal for a seasoned Front-End Architect with at least 8 years of experience who thrives on "platform" work rather than just building user features. You should have deep expertise in the modern web stack—specifically **TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js**—and a passion for improving the developer experience (DX) for other engineers. This is a **hybrid role** requiring two days a week in the San Francisco or NYC office. You'll be joining the "pit crew" of the engineering department, spearheading a massive modernization project that includes migrating to a headless CMS and refining a robust design system. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have extensive experience architecting large-scale applications with **Next.js** and **TypeScript**. * Enjoy building internal tools, improving CI/CD pipelines, and setting engineering best practices. * Are comfortable with "Infrastructure as Code" and containerized environments like **Kubernetes**. * Want to act as a mentor and technical consultant for both product teams and senior leadership.
