This role is ideal for a heavyweight engineering leader with over 12 years of experience who thrives at the intersection of product growth and AI innovation. You are likely a "founding-style" engineer who enjoys the 0→1 phase of product development but has the seasoned discipline to manage large-scale distributed systems. While the tech stack mentions React and Node.js, the team is looking for deep proficiency in Golang or Python and a proven track record of mentoring senior-level engineers. The most compelling aspect of this position is the opportunity to shape the "next generation" of AI products within a major tech stable while enjoying a fully remote, "Virtual First" culture. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $302,200 for Zone 2 locations. You’ll be working on **Dash**, a high-visibility project where you’ll have a direct hand in defining the growth strategy and technical architecture of a nascent product. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have 12+ years of experience and enjoy building minimum viable products quickly in ambiguous environments. * Are a fullstack expert comfortable moving between TypeScript frontends and scalable backend services. * Have a background in Product Growth and love using A/B testing to drive user engagement. * Are looking for a high-level individual contributor role that prioritizes technical mentorship and system design.
