You will need a deep understanding of service-oriented architecture combined with practical experience building LLM-driven applications. Specifically, the team is looking for someone who can bridge the gap between traditional backend reliability and cutting-edge RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) patterns. The position offers a highly competitive salary range ($204k–$255k) plus equity and a "Fully Remote" status within the US, providing true location flexibility. You’ll be joining the Community Support team, where your work directly impacts millions of users by automating complex service workflows.
