Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned Product Management leader with at least 8 years of experience, specifically within platform or infrastructure environments. The ideal candidate has a sophisticated eye for user experience and a proven track record of scaling internal tools that power customer support or service journeys. You should be comfortable operating in a high-influence, cross-functional capacity, bridging the gap between technical engineering teams and non-technical business leaders. The compensation is highly competitive ($194k–$239k base) and comes with the stability of a mature, mission-driven global brand. Despite being a senior-level platform role, the focus remains heavily on the "community experience," meaning your work directly impacts the safety and satisfaction of millions of guests and hosts. Notably, while the listing mentions "on-site," the description clarifies it is **Remote Eligible** within most U.S. states, offering significant geographic flexibility alongside travel credits. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have 5+ years of experience specifically in Product Management roles at scale. * Excel at managing complex roadmaps that serve multiple internal and external stakeholders. * Can translate high-level business vision into technical platform requirements and measurable OKRs. * Thrive in "radical thinking" environments where you are expected to reimagine the status quo of user support.

Job Description

Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way.

The Community You Will Join:

Keen eyes on great user experience, strong collaboration and influence skills are must-haves to thrive as a PM in Community Experience Platform.
